iPhone Rumors: Revisited

Last week I chimed in my two cents on Apple’s “iPhone”. Then I got thinking again.

What if, while listening to your favorite jams, the iPod told you that the phone in your backpack is ringing? What if you could answer your phone from the iPod? What if you could sync the iPod Addressbook directly with your cell phone, without the use of a computer? What if you could scroll through the Addressbook on your iPod and make your cell phone dial out?

Now, that would let Apple provide a solution to both iPod and cellphone users, without diving in to the cellphone industry.
